• PRINT-AT-HOME format, for printing on A4 or letter-size paper (multiple pages to assemble).
• A0 format, for printing on very large sheets at a copy center.

*All my patterns are organized in layers, so you can hide the sizes you don't need and print only the ones you want. That way, your pattern is clearer and easier to follow.

📌 The instructions, including:

• a technical drawing of the pattern (to clearly see the design details);
• the list of pattern pieces (to make sure you have everything you need);
• a size chart (to choose the right pattern size);
• all the printing information (to choose the right file, print it properly and assemble the pages, if needed);
• a list of recommended fabrics
• a yardage chart, based on your size and the width of your fabric
• the list of notions needed for the project
• a few tips to read your pattern
• the assembly steps, step by step, with photos

Yes! All seam allowances are included on all my patterns. No need to add anything. Everything is ready.

Even though some designs may be more advanced than others, I work really hard to make all my patterns accessible, even for beginners.

Each of my patterns comes with complete step-by-step instructions with photos, along with tips to get your project off to a good start. I also have a whole selection of articles on various sewing and crafting topics in the Resources section of my website. And if you get stuck somewhere, you can always write to me with your questions, I'll be happy to help.

It's very important to print your pattern at the right scale. But don't worry, everything is set up so you can print it correctly.

First, make sure to open the PDF files with a reader like Adobe Reader (free to download), and not in your web browser. Unfortunately, web browsers don't always print at the right scale (even if you select 100% scale, the printout won't necessarily be the right size).

Once your pattern is open in Adobe Reader, simply choose “actual size” or “100% scale” when printing, and your pattern will print at the right size.

Most of my patterns are available in sizes XS to 2XL (and even up to 5XL for some patterns). For children's patterns, sizes range from 2 to 12 years (or up to 14 years in some cases). And all these sizes are included in your purchase. No need to choose your size before buying.

The instructions include a size chart so you can easily choose the right size for you. For more information on this topic, I recommend my article: How to Choose the Right Pattern Size Without Making a Mistake

You'll find some material suggestions on each product page. And all the necessary information is included in the pattern instructions: fabric recommendations, quantities needed, etc.

Why not! Fabric recommendations are there to help you with your research and help you choose a fabric that suits your project. There's a wide variety of fabrics available, and you might very well find something that isn't on my list but still works well.

* Note: If you're a beginner, I recommend following the recommendations. And especially, pay attention to the advice on materials to avoid.

Yes, if you don't sew yourself, you can ask someone to sew the costume for you. I highly recommend finding someone to help you before making your purchase (so you don't buy my pattern for nothing).

No. You can use the same pattern to create costumes for all your friends, but you can't share the pattern itself. If you know someone who might be interested in my pattern, just direct them to my website.
