How does it work? By inserting 2 pencils in the guide, you can draw 2 lines at once, 1cm or 1.5cm apart (depending on the guide you use). Perfect, easy-to-draw seam allowances every time.
The perfect tool to easily add seam allowances to your patterns. Super handy if you make your own patterns, if you buy a pattern without seam allowances (not mine: the allowances are always included) or if you alter your patterns a lot.

This set contains 4 items:
- Hexagonal pencil format, 1cm version
- Hexagonal pencil format, 1.5cm version
- Round pencil format, 1cm version
- Round pencil format, 1.5cm version
The hexagonal format was designed for classic hexagonal graphite pencils (like the Mirado or Staedtler brands). The round format was designed for coloured pencils, which are usually round (like Berol or Prismacolor). It also works for fine Sharpie markers.
* Some pencils may slide less easily in the guide. Some pencil brands are a bit bigger or a bit smaller. And even within the same brand, sizes can vary slightly.
