Sewing pattern for a gift card envelope

Make your own gift card envelopes! The perfect way to personalize a gift that might seem a bit ordinary.

This pattern includes 2 gift card envelope designs:

• Design A is pretty simple and looks like classic gift wrapping, with a ribbon and a bow.
• Design B requires a small object to keep it closed. That means it can be personalized in different ways. Fasten your envelope with a pencil, a small paintbrush, a mini screwdriver, and more! You can even cut a meaningful shape out of a cardboard scrap to give a hint about what's inside the envelope!

🎁 STL files are included to print a small sword or a mini axe to give your gift card envelope even more style.

This set contains 2 envelope designs:

• Design A: fastens with a ribbon (available in 2 sizes).
• Design B: fastens with a pencil or something else (available in 2 sizes).

Finished envelope sizes:

• small: 6cm X 9cm (perfect for standard-size gift cards)
• large: 9cm X 13cm (perfect for large gift cards)

You can use all kinds of fabrics to make these envelopes. Since they only need small amounts, it's perfect for using up fabric scraps from your stash.
