To be prepared for any eventuality, you need a complete costume! This set includes (almost) everything you need to create the Mandalorian costume from A to Z.
THE PATTERNS
The flightsuit jacket:
- Jacket with double sleeves (short + long), with cutouts on the front and back,
decorative stitching and panel on the front. Adjusted cuffs to slide the sleeve easily into the gauntlet.
The flightsuit pants:
- Straight pants, with cutouts at the front and back, and reinforcement at the front and thighs. Adjusted ankles to slide the pants easily into the boot.
The flak vest:
- Short, lined vest with faux leather shoulders and decorative stitching.
The head:
- ¾ cape, pleated at the shoulders, attached on the right

Helmet :
- Mandalorian Helmet with T-Visor
The armor:
- Din Djarin's Baskar armor, including:
- Shoulder pads (left + right)
- The breastplate
- Gauntlets (left + right)
- Glove protectors
- Tassets (hip pieces)
- Leg parts (left + right)
- The knee piece (left)
- Shin guard (right)
- The different elements of the belt (belt buckle, plates, bombs, cartridge, etc.)
The blaster:
- Din Djarin's blaster, model IB-94

Sewing patterns are available in 6 sizes: X-Small to 2X-Large (adult - unisex)

Suggestion of materials:
To make the flighsuit and vest, I recommend using cotton canvas
For the cape, I recommend a woolen.

Assembly plan included for 3D parts
The different elements to be printed in 3D are accompanied by an assembly plan and summary instructions to help you prepare your creation.
The PDF patterns are available:
- In letter (8½"x11") and A4 (210mm x 297mm) formats, for easy printing at home.
- And in A0 (841mm x 1189mm) format, for large-format printing at your local print shop.
🤓 A tutorial is included to help you print and prepare your patterns properly before starting your project.
Since every 3D printer is different, settings may vary from one printer to another.
No printing information is included with this purchase. By purchasing this product, you confirm that you have the knowledge required for 3D printing.
🤓 All 3D printing files were tested on an FDM (filament) printer. They were printed in PLA.
The cut files are designed to be used with a cutting machine like a Cricut or Silhouette. But they can also be used by hand.
They can be used in different ways, with different tools and materials.
The instructions included with this product are very brief.
Out of respect for my work, sharing or reselling this product is not allowed.
However, you're welcome to sell what you make with this product. I just ask that you credit my work. 🖤
