THE PATTERNS:
Gunslinger shirt
Classic shirt with cuffed ¾ sleeves. Open shirt collar and hidden button placket.
Ascot tie
Ascot-style tie.
Gunslinger vest
Simple vest with a pointed front hem and contrasting trim.
Straight pants
Classic-cut pants: straight leg, waistband with belt loops and slanted side pockets.
Classic gloves
Classic gloves, with decorative ribs on the back of the hand and a wristband.
Gunslinger spats
Simple spats, with elastic that goes under the foot.
Gunslinger coat
Long coat with a stand-up collar and contrasting lapels. Decorative buttons. Cuffed sleeves, a half-belt and inverted pleats in the back.
Revolver holster
Revolver holster, made to fit the Pepperbox.
Plague mask
Plague doctor-style mask, with goggles and a long beak.

Available sizes:
- The clothing patterns come in 6 sizes: XS to 2XL (the coat comes in 9 sizes: XS to 5XL).
- The vest, pants and coat come in both a women's cut and a men's cut, for a better fit.
- The gloves pattern comes in 7 sizes: 2XS to 2XL.
- The mask pattern comes in one size.
Size charts are included in every pattern to help you choose the right size.

Material suggestions:
To make Percival's costume, I used cotton fabric, wool poplin, gabardine, tropical wool, cotton velvet, leather, etc. (more suggestions and required yardage in each set of step-by-step instructions).
The holster and the mask are made with EVA foam (more information in the step-by-step instructions).
Pattern step-by-step instructions including:
- complete assembly instructions, with photos
- information to help you understand how to read and prepare your pattern
- French and English versions
3D piece sizes:
- Pepperbox: 440mm X 90mm
- Whitestone button: 28mm X 28mm X 11mm
Assembly plan included for the Pepperbox
An assembly plan is included with the files to help you easily put your revolver together.
The PDF patterns are available:
- In letter (8½"x11") and A4 (210mm x 297mm) formats, for easy printing at home.
- And in A0 (841mm x 1189mm) format, for large-format printing at your local print shop.
🤓 A tutorial is included to help you print and prepare your patterns properly before starting your project.
Since every 3D printer is different, settings may vary from one printer to another.
No printing information is included with this purchase. By purchasing this product, you confirm that you have the knowledge required for 3D printing.
🤓 All 3D printing files were tested on an FDM (filament) printer. They were printed in PLA.
The cut files are designed to be used with a cutting machine like a Cricut or Silhouette. But they can also be used by hand.
They can be used in different ways, with different tools and materials.
The instructions included with this product are very brief.
Out of respect for my work, sharing or reselling this product is not allowed.
However, you're welcome to sell what you make with this product. I just ask that you credit my work. 🖤
