Mandalorian, rebel, artist, explosives expert... Sabine Wren is a truly badass character!

Here's the complete set of patterns to make Sabine Wren's costume, as she wears it in season 3 of the animated series Star Wars: Rebels. So you can feel super badass too. 😉

The kit includes the sewing patterns for Sabine's suit (the top and the pants), as well as the EVA foam patterns for the full armor, the Mandalorian helmet, the jetpack, the belts, the pouches and the holsters. Plus, you get the 3D files for several small costume elements, the blaster blueprints and the armor designs.

THE PATTERNS:

The suit

Including the top and the pants, with the panels and contrasting sections.

The armor

Including the 8 armor elements: shoulder pieces, pauldrons, elbow guards, simplified gauntlets, glove guards, chest plate, knee pads and shin guards. Plus the cartridge straps (attached to the legs).

The gauntlets

Complete version of the gauntlets Sabine wears once she has her jetpack.

The helmet

Classic Mandalorian design, with the T-visor and the rangefinder.

The jetpack

Simplified design from the animated series, with a magnetic harness worn under the top, for a sturdy but super discreet jetpack setup.

The belts

Including the 2 belts, the large side pouches and the small back pouches, as well as the holsters (blaster holsters).

Material suggestions:

To make the top and the pants, I recommend using heavy jersey (more information in the step-by-step instructions).

EVA foam pattern:

The EVA foam thickness and the other materials needed to assemble the armor, helmet, jetpack and other accessories are listed in the step-by-step instructions.
