If you are doing Larp or any kind of historical reenactment, the hood is a must have. It is a great classic of medieval outfits. 

This set includes 3 hood models, with interchangeable elements to give you more options. You can choose the style of the cap, the cut of the cape, and the model of the neckline.

With this pattern kit, you will be able to create the hood you need. 

 This set contains 3 models :

  • Model A (it's the brown version in the photos). Straight cut, open at the front and short pointy hood.
  • Model B (it's the beige version on the photos). Cut in a point, round hood and high neckline.
  • Model C (it's the blue version on the photos). Crenellated cut very representative of the Middle Ages, hood with a long point and half-open neckline with a large button.

    This pattern is offered in 4 sizes

    • 1 child sizes
    • 3 sizes for adult

    ✂ Interchange the elements of each hood to have up to 27 different models

    Several fabrics are suitable for these hoods: cotton or linen canvas, silk bourrette (for a light model), or even tweed, wool flannel or velvet (for a warmer model).

      Woman measurements - standard

      Patterns for skirts, dresses and cosplay of female characters are based on these measurements. 
      * The height is standardized at 5'7'' (a mini tutorial is included in the instructions to adjust the pattern in length if necessary).

      Women's measurements - corset (and+)

      Corset patterns (and some other items) require more precision in the cut. This is why the range of sizes offered is greater.

      Men / Unisex measurements

      Patterns of more unisex outfit are more often based on men's measurements.
      * The size is standardized at 5'10'' (a mini tutorial is included in the instructions to adjust the pattern in length if necessary).
       
      Most patterns come in sizes X-Small to 2X Large. Some patterns are also available in sizes up to 5X Large. The available sizes are mentioned on the product listing.
      *If you'd like a pattern in a size that isn't available, let me know. 🤓

      Our PDF patterns are available:

      - In letter size (8½"x11") and in A4 size (210mm x 297mm), for printing easy at home.

      - And in archE (36"x48") and A0 (841mm x 1189mm) formats. For large format printing at your local printer.

      Simple à faire, bonnes instructions.
      Nous avons travaillé avec un tissu extérieur translucide et ajouté surpiqûres et déchiré le tissu translucide pour donner un effet sympatique. Bref, un projet facile à mettre à sa main!

      Ces patrons sont géniaux. Ils sont fait pour pouvoir mélanger les capuches, les cols et les fermetures et c'est ultra simple a faire. Les instructions sont ultra détaillées et précises, donc même avec un niveau bas en couture, ca se construit rapidement. Je recommande chaudement
